With nearly two decades of experience in managing and coordinating elections, Kenn merges high-tech data-driven strategies with traditional grassroots campaigns. His extensive network includes collaborations with prominent political figures such as U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Marcia Fudge and U.S. Representative Shontel Brown.

Destinee Burse
Chief Operating Officer
As an experienced executive director, Destinee is passionate about advancing justice through nonprofit leadership, strategic political campaigning, and policy advocacy. Her diverse skill set empowers communities to achieve sustainable, equitable solutions, with previous roles at Ohio City Incorporated and the Alliance for the Great Lakes.

Ezekiel brings a dynamic approach to storytelling and digital engagement, effectively amplifying our message across various platforms. His expertise in crafting compelling narratives and leveraging social media strategies ensures that VFBF PAC's mission resonates with a broad audience, fostering community involvement and awareness.
REV.DR. AARON L.PHILLIPS
Senior Associate Faith-Based/Community Relations
Aaron has been in ministry for over 50 years and is the Senior Pastor of Sure House Baptist Church in Cleveland, Ohio. He founded the Cleveland Clergy Coalition and has consulted on major political and social campaigns, including for Armond Budish, Mike O’Malley, and Congresswoman Shontel Brown.
Together, our board and staff embody the core values of VFBF PAC, working collaboratively to amplify African American voices and foster meaningful reform.
